Who We Are?
CrossFit is high-intensity functional movement for your whole body. Strengthen the muscles you use on a daily basis (and some you don’t), with constantly varying workouts to keep you focused on your fitness.
For Brendon, CrossFit By Design is his life’s work. Discovering CrossFit while still serving in the military, he used it as a way to make working in arduous conditions easier.
Matt Andronicos, better known as Droid joined the CrossFit By design team through the Strength and conditioning program run by CFBD for the Bendigo Braves.
Tom’s game is precision. He started CrossFit whilst taking a season off from football and discovered that it fueled his competitive nature.
